When I look at my Current Group Memberships on pcmdi3.llnl.gov

I see:
CMIP5 Commercial (Enrolled)
NCC (Waiting Approval)
CMIP5 Research (Enrolled)

and on esg.nci.org.au

I see:
mk36-restricted
mk36
ACCESS1-0

Should I also see "CMIP5 Research"?

If we request to be added to this group, we get redirected to the pcmdi3.llnl.gov server, which says that "you are currently already enrolled in group: CMIP5 Research". Why does the NCI ESG seem to think that we don't belong?

Might it help some users if there ESG accounts are all deleted and they "start again"?
