[GO-ESSP] GO-ESSP Logo

[Phil Cogbill]

Hey All,

I re-created the logo and attached to this as an EPS.  I can modify it
so it has "member" on it and so forth if needed.  This is a vector so it
should scale to any size.  It's not completely the same, but it's pretty
close.
