Hi, couple of weeks ago I was able to retrieve CNRM-CM5
atmosphere monthly frequency datasets for experiment RCP4.5 and
RCP8.5. But these datasets seem to be missing from your portal
now. Were there problems with the datasets, thus the removal
        from the system? Please advise.

Thanks,
Derek

One explanation offered, which assumed that access by Derek was
through PCMDI, was that perhaps the older gateway version in use at
PCMDI might be responsible. If so, I guess we won't know if it has
been fixed until the newer version is installed.<font face="Times

We're pleased to announce the 2.0.0-ALPHA1 release of the gateway.

Binaries for this release have been published at:

Installation and upgrade guides can be found here:

This is an early access release of the gateway to facilitate testing and
feedback. This is a significant release containing several critical
areas of improvement.

* A new search implementation based on Apache SOLR.
* Searching, browsing, and script generation can all be done from a
single gateway.
* Work on streamlining the data download process.

We believe this release will resolve many of the search related problems
that have been identified in the production system. The more community
help we can receive in vetting and testing this release the sooner we
can move this into production and benefit users.

As noted this is an early access release and there are a number of known
caveats with the this release.

JIRA is the definitive source for issues and bugs blocking the release.

General caveats:

- We have to weave authorization into the new download work-flow
(currently in-progress). Testing as a logged in user is recommended
until the next release.

- There is some work to be don with the UI. Errors can occur with edge
cases of: pagination, messaging, changing number of results per page,
etc...

- Real life metadata federation testing. We have done internal testing,
however the more this can be vetted by the community, the sooner we can
get this in production.
