[Go-essp-tech] harvesting of obs

[Cinquini, Luca (3880)]

Hi Estani,
	just like the "cmip5" project, you need to harvest "obs4mips" from multiple gateways. Right now you are getting only 2 obs4mips datasets that were published to PCMDI, there's another 5 that were published to JPL.
