The ESP wiki is up and running at a temporary home under the NDG wiki at

As that page says, we'll move it when we address the name issue. One thing we
should discuss now is whether the pages should be password protected (at the
moment they are public, but we do have a backup of each page as it is saved).
Can we ask all the reporters of working committees to write a page with a para
of what they think they're up to and link it under the working committees
page, and then to encourage some dialogue on the ESP list.
We should be aiming for an AG meeting to discuss progress in about three
months time (i.e. mid-September), and at that meeting we should fix a date
for the next formal meeting, which rumour suggests will be back in Europe.
