<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Conduct trace element analyses using laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS).<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Apply appropriate analytical methods to analyze geological, environmental, and biological samples.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Develop and apply analytical methods to address non-routine samples.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Manage the operation and maintenance of LA-ICP-MS instruments and associated facilities.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Oversee quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) for the LA-ICP-MS laboratory. Ensure that QA/QC procedures and documentation meet or
