</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">the Sea Level and Ice group in the Earth Science Section at JPL, working on a project to develop global cryopshere datasets and advance understanding of large-scale processes that drive ice
sheet change. You will be responsible for producing leading, high-profile, science that derives improved process understanding of ice shelf-ocean-glacier interactions from large volumes of remotely sensed (airborne and satellite) data. You will need to develop
novel methods for retrieving large scale and continuous geophysical records relevant to ice shelf and glacier research from homogenous, discontinuous and low signal observations. You will need to lead proposals to multiple NASA programs to expand the amount
and breadth of the current glaciological research already being performed at JPL. You will assist in managing an initiative to derive synthesized records of ice sheet and glacier change as measured from space. This includes helping with dataset production,
validation, documentation and dissemination.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
