<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:7.5pt"><span style="font-size:11.5pt"> Analyze genetic variation by whole genome sequencing and genotyping SNP markers to assess spatial and temporal population substructure

<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:7.5pt"><span style="font-size:11.5pt"> Experience generating and analyzing genomic and transcriptomic sequencing data and high-volume SNP data for fisheries or aquaculture applications

<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:7.5pt"><span style="font-size:11.5pt"> Experience with molecular techniques including quantitative PCR and rt-qPCR, especially applied to aquatic animal disease diagnostics
