This is a 10-month appointment that allows supplementary summer salary from research funding. We are seeking to fill one position from candidates with expertise in the understanding of fundamental processes and dynamics within individual components of the earth system or the coupling between different components, such as the ocean, water cycle, land surface, cryosphere or biosphere. Candidates whose research specialization complements existing research programs in the department are particularly encouraged to apply. The position will remain open until filled; however, priority will be given to applications received by November 1, 2019.
