funded by the National Science Foundation to support students applying for graduate education programs through the AGU Bridge program. The AGU Bridge program promotes holistic admissions practices, facilitates graduate school applications for underrepresented
minority students, and provides access to a diverse pool of graduate school applicants for qualified geoscience graduate education programs. The AGU Bridge program is part of the larger IGEN project which includes other Bridge programs in the physical sciences.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
