to provide scientific and meteorological expertise, and technical and logistical support for the NOAA Hydrometeorological Testbed (HMT), which is jointly organized by the NWS/Weather Prediction Center (WPC) and the OAR/Earth Systems Research Laboratory (ESRL). <strong><span style="font-family:Roboto">The
