which address impacts of climate and land use changes, environmental sustainability and ecosystem services. Current research is focused on cross-scale (from the field to the space) characterizing and modeling ecosystem processes and structure, especially vegetation
functional traits, plant diversity and ecosystem production by using remote sensing (e.g. imaging spectroscopy), GIS, and spatial data science.
