<p><span>A full-time postdoctoral position in atmospheric physics is available at Laboratoire d'Océanographie Physique et Spatiale (LOPS) in Plouzané - Brest, France, to work on the development of parametrization of turbulent fluxes at the air-sea interface in atmospheric numerical models in conditions of strong to cyclonic winds. <br /></span></p>

<p><span>The required qualifications include:<br />1) A Ph. D. in atmospheric sciences or fluid mechanics obtained before the starting date of the contract.<br />2) An expertise in representing turbulent surface fluxes, in physics of the turbulence, or in atmospheric boundary-layer processes.<br />3) An expertise in Fortran and Linux, and an experience in high computing.</span></p>
