<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#333333">As a Research Technologist in the Atmospheric Physics and Weather Group within the Science Division you will be responsible for carrying out testing, verification and validation analysis of data from
atmospheric sounders, such as the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) and the Cross-track Infrared and Microwave Sounding System (CrIMSS), produced with a variety of retrieval systems, for the purpose of evaluating and characterizing the data products as well
as the retrieval systems. You will participate in the development of methodologies to assess the “climate quality” of these data sets. You will work closely with an existing team and report analysis results at team meetings.</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt;font-family:"Source Sans Pro",serif;color:#333333"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
