creative and highly motivated individuals interested in pursuing a PhD in the area of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:#222222;background:white">. The successful candidate
will conduct research on the interactions between hydrology and ecology and the implications of those interactions for surface water quality in human-impacted ecosystems. Research within this theme may include laboratory flume experiments, field experiments
and observations and/or numerical modeling. Experience or skillsets within any of the following will be beneficial: environmental sample collection, analytical water chemistry, experimental fluid mechanics,
</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:#212121">geospatial analysis, watershed modeling, computer programming (Matlab, Python, R, etc.).
