Analyze air pollutant health risks and GHG impact per state and federal regulations (such as National Environmental Policy Act); prepare federal and state air permit applications (such as Title V permits and synthetic minor permits); develop Climate Action Plans and climate change adaptation/resiliency strategies; prepare Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) reports per International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards and Equator Principles; perform air quality modelling using USEPA AERMOD air quality dispersion modeling tool; and prepare emission estimation inventories/spreadsheets for criteria air pollutants (CAP) and GHG emissions using USEPA and state-required tools. Must be able to communicate findings to clients and regulatory agencies.
