<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_quote">The URI Graduate School of Oceanography is seeking applicants for a funded PhD position in ocean instrumentation and polar biogeochemistry. The research will focus on instrument and method development of underwater mass spectrometry (UMS). UMS observations can be used to e.g. estimate ocean ecosystem metabolism, to trace glacial melt around marine-terminating glaciers, and to map benthic methane and nitrous oxide fluxes.
