deliver high quality research in the area of Biogeochemical
Cycling, and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate
teaching in Physical Geography as part of the Department’s

Applicants should have a degree in a relevant discipline and
we are particularly interested in applicants with
international research expertise in the following areas:
biogeochemical cycling; soils; carbon, nitrogen and other
nutrient dynamics; terrestrial ecosystem functioning; and
agriculture and sustainable food. You should demonstrate an
ability to conduct relevant, internationally excellent
research, would ideally have experience in higher education
teaching, and have a keen interest in developing
interdisciplinary/cross-<wbr>disciplinary links in research and
teaching across the School.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

fields such as climatology, hydrology, hydraulics, and
boundary-layer processes. You should have excellent skills
in quantitative modelling and monitoring technologies. You

experience in higher education teaching, and have a keen
interest in developing interdisciplinary/cross-<wbr>disciplinary
