The George Mason University Sid and Reva Dewberry Department of Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering, within the Volgenau School of Engineering, invites applications for a non-tenure track assistant professor position in structural engineering

<span style="font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" class="">This position requires teaching excellence in structural engineering at the graduate and undergraduate levels, as well as in other related specializations
within civil engineering. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in several structural engineering areas such as, statics, mechanics of materials structural analysis, reinforced concrete design, structural
steel design, civil engineering materials, finite element analysis, structural health monitoring, senior capstone design, etc. The position also entails commitment to mentoring students and an interest in department administration and outreach.</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" class=""> </span>
