<div>I have an opening for a postdoctoral research scientist with a strong background in atmosphere and climate dynamics. Areas of emphasis could include mid-latitude and storm track dynamics and variability, stratospheric dynamics and stratosphere-troposphere
interactions, and tropical-extratropical teleconnections.</div>

<div>Candidates should have a Ph.D. in atmospheric science or a related field at the time of appointment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to carry out creative, innovative, independent research, and to publish in the peer-reviewed
literature. The position is available immediately and will remain open until filled. The initial appointment is expected to be for one year, with the possibility of renewal for another year depending on performance. Interested applicants should send the following
