One position will be mainly focus on high-resolution modeling and observational analysis of severe storms to understand dynamical and physical factors impacting severe storms including changes in temperature, land surface, and aerosols (Position #1). Understanding of atmospheric and land-surface observational data and familiar with the observational data assimilation and analysis are pluses.
