out the responsibilities of the program. Washington has seen increased demand for water supplies to accommodate population growth and economic development. Demand has also been coupled with concern for how climate change will impact water supplies.</span><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:#4E4C4A"><br>
