who can align themselves with research in Geosciences, Physics & Astronomy, Chemistry or Math & Statistics. The goal of this Postdoctoral Fellowship is to support the early development of scholars who are from historically underrepresented groups. This position
is part of a larger program at UMKC to help create support for several postdocs to be competitive for tenure track positions.
