aspects, water reuse/recycling, and water treatment. The candidate will be expected to compile data on water used and produced with oil and gas and on management of produced water, including disposal, reuse/recycling, and related treatment requirements. Conducting
interdisciplinary research will be essential as the candidate will be required to work in an integrated team of hydrologists, engineers, and economists. The candidate should be familiar with basic concepts in water resources and have a demonstrated ability
to conduct independent research. Expertise with Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS) and Matlab, R, or similar programming language is strongly preferred. The candidate will be required to have a Ph.D. in Geology/Hydrogeology, Civil/Petroleum/Environmental
Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. The postdoctoral fellow position is available for one year with potential to extend for an additional two years, depending on performance.
