beginning Spring (January) 2017 in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences,
SOEST, University of Hawaii at Manoa (UHM).<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Applicants must have B.S. degree in atmospheric sciences, statistics,
physics, computer sciences, or closely related fields.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Excellent academic performance, and strong
oral and written communication skills are required.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Preference will be given to applicants with
experience in running regional climate models, processing global climate model
output, and/or using advanced statistical methods for climate data
