Hampshire (UNH), North Dakota State University (NDSU), the NOAA River Forecast Center, the USAGE Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), and the USDA Hydrology and Remote Sensing Laboratory.</font></span></div>

remote sensing observations that capture the magnitude, timing, and spatial distribution of watershed scale snowmelt parameters as well as antecedent soil moisture and freeze-thaw conditions.</font></span></div>

and programming skills are needed. Excellent analytical capabilities including R programming and modeling skills are required. Strong writing and communication skills are needed for all positions. The successful applicant must have a civil engineering, Earth
Sciences, or Environmental Sciences Ph.D. degree or comparable as appropriate.</font></span></div>
