</b>Seeking a motivated doctoral student to join an active environmental toxicology group. Research topics include assessing the bioavailability of pyrethroid insecticides in sediments using desorption-based extraction, conducting<i>
</i>toxicity bioassays and developing a bioavailability-based toxicity model, and surveying pyrethroid resistance in field-collected invertebrates.<b><o:p></o:p></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style=""><b style="font-weight: bold;">Qualifications</b><b>:
</b>Master’s degree (or BS with experience) in Zoology, Entomology, Chemistry, Toxicology or related field. Desired qualifications include experience with toxicological bioassays and/or analytical instrumentation (GC-MS). Good writing skills required.<b><o:p></o:p></b></p>
