appropriate qualifications and experience for appointment as a member of its Senior Professional Staff to support its review of Department of Energy (DOE) activities related to the management of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste. Employment
by the Board represents an unusually attractive opportunity for a highly motivated person who has exceptional technical, organizational, and communication skills. Applicants should desire a high degree of independence in their working environment and should
be able to assume full responsibility for providing technical support to the Board. The selected candidate must qualify for a Top Secret clearance and be willing to travel to Board meetings. Some international travel may be required.

and technical validity of activities undertaken by the Department of Energy (DOE) in managing and disposing of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste. DOE
