The primary purposes of this position are: 1) Conduct and review dispersion and photochemical modeling in support of the Bureau activities related to permitting, state implementation plans (SIP), and EPA-NAAQS regulations 2) Develop and implement a variety of technical approaches to enhance, perform, and evaluate dispersion, photochemical modeling, and mesoscale meteorological analysis; 3) Develop and implement a variety of modeling and analysis techniques needed to analyze potential air pollution control strategies.
