Advising student groups and recruitment of undergraduates in agronomic and related disciplines. It is anticipated that 75% of the time will be dedicated to instruction and the remainder to recruitment and student advisement. It is expected that the instructor
will be part of the College of Agriculture recruitment team and establish connections with consultants, agents, high schools, 4H, and FFA to attract students to soil science, agronomy, horticulture, urban entomology, plant pathology, and College wide academic
programs. <br>

The instructor will take leadership in developing the sustainable production curriculum in an interdepartmental program and compile a yearly assessment document for the department for the Plant and Soil Systems curriculum. <br>
