<p class="MsoNormal">The Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences, New Mexico State University has opened a 12-month, tenure track position (Assistant Professor) in Environmental/Soil Microbiology. This is a great opportunity for an interactive scientist
to work in a highly collaborative, team environment. The successful candidate will conduct research related to environmental soil microbiology of agricultural, natural, or urban landscapes in the arid Southwest, as well as engage in teaching and advising
at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The successful candidate must develop an externally funded research program and effectively communicate research findings. The desire and ability to collaborate with other scientists in a multidisciplinary setting
