<p class="MsoNormal">I am recruiting for a Ph.D. student and I was hoping you might have a student or recent grad that might fit. The student will need strong analytical skills, and a fair bit of policy experience either professionally or academically, but
interested in gaining a marine science/natural science Ph.D. They need to be able to work at the natural-social science interface and be (or become) comfortable in both worlds. My preference is a Ph.D., but for the right candidate, I could consider a masters,
including the possibility of a joint M.S. marine science and M.P.P. in public policy.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have 5-years of funding in an NSF Coastal SEES project on oyster management. My piece specifically will be conducting network analysis and attitudinal surveys (toward science, uncertainty, models) among a group of stakeholders going
through a participatory modeling exercise surrounding oyster management in the Chesapeake Bay.
