        tenure-track faculty position in the Department of Chemical and
        Biochemical Engineering. The position is targeted at the
        Assistant Professor level but all ranks will be considered.
        Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent degree in Chemical
        Engineering or in an engineering or scientific discipline
        appropriate to their research focus. Potential for excellence in
        research and teaching is essential. This position is targeted to
        those working in research focused on the application of
        informatics to climate, energy, air pollution, environmental
        systems and related topics (e.g., energy systems design, sensor
        networks, combinatorial design, cheminformatics, etc.).<span

        expected to develop an internationally recognized research
        program and to contribute fully as a scholar through teaching of
        undergraduate and graduate courses and through service to

        interactions with chemical and health science departments
        throughout the university. This position builds upon a new
        Informatics Cluster hire described below coupled with strengths
        within the department and college related to renewable energy,
        air quality, environmental engineering, and environmental
