              embed;">The Oil and Gas Unit in the Stationary Sources
              Program is located within the Air Pollution Control
              Division and exists to monitor the compliance of Oil and
              Gas operations (industries, processes, and associated
              activities) with the Colorado Air Pollution Prevention and
              Control Act and Air Quality Regulations promulgated by the
              Air Quality Control Commission. The Unit prepares permits,
              conducts inspections and other compliance activities,
              coordinates Oil and Gas initiatives including regulatory
              and policy development, and performs all other Division
              work related to the oil and gas industry. The unit
              provides other Division staff, regulated
              industry/applicants and the public with interpretations,
              clarifications, and policy guidance regarding air quality
              regulations, standards, and requirements for Oil and Gas
              sources. This position inspects and evaluates stationary
              oil and gas sources that emit air pollutants and determine
              compliance with state and federal regulations promulgated
              by the State Air Quality Control Act. The position will
              also investigate citizen complaints and address public
              health and/or regulatory issues related to stationary air
              pollution emission sources used in the oil and gas
              activities. This position documents the facts associated
              with inspections and investigations in reports that meet
              or exceed EPA&#8217;s minimum data requirements. When
              noncompliance is identified, this position works under
              close supervision to utilize a variety of options to bring
              the facility back into compliance to ensure protection of
              public health and the environment.<span

              MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited
              college or university with a bachelor&#8217;s degree in physical
              and/or biological sciences, environmental sciences,
              atmospheric sciences, or a closely related field.<span

              An advanced degree in a related field and work experience

              CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:<span

                <li>Must be willing and able to independently travel
                  approximately 25% of the time to complete inspections

                  demanding job duties to include: climbing, balancing,
                  kneeling, walking on uneven surfaces and reaching when
