<span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">strengths in geospatial analysis and GIS, watershed and river restoration,</span><br style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">biometeorology, climate prediction and impacts, political ecology, and</span><br style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">
