<p>We'd like to bring your attention to an opening for an Endowed Chair position in the LSU Geology & Geophysics Department. Resulting from a generous gift, the position is associated with significant annual earnings generated from the
endowment. As such, the endowment could fund additional salary and/or technical support for an associated laboratory.<u></u><u></u></p>

<p>Required Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in geological sciences or other relevant disciplines; a strong record of published research, and demonstrated ability to attract funding. Additional Qualifications Desired: Internationally
