beginning June 1, 2013 to assume IRMS management of the new NSF funded University of Cincinnati Stable Isotope Facility. This facility will be a crucial resource for four primary investigators, their ~15 graduate and undergraduate students, and users from
other departments and universities within the region. The Department of Geology has major focuses in paleontology (nationally ranked #6 in 2010), biogeochemistry and global change, and Quaternary geology (see the Quaternary and Anthropocene Research Group, <a href="http://www.uc.edu/orgs/qarg.html">www.uc.edu/orgs/qarg.html</a>),

and consumables, and the scheduling of users. Desirable skills include: expertise in stable isotope analysis; knowledge of routine maintenance; advanced troubleshooting of IRMS equipment; and expertise in laboratory data management; and an ability to build
and maintain effective working relationships with the facility users. </font></span></div>
