[ES_JOBS_NET] Post-doc in climate – carbon cycle interactions at Uppsala University, Sweden

We invite applications for a 2-year post-doctoral researcher position in
climate – carbon cycle interactions at the *Department of Earth Sciences of
Uppsala University*.


The focus will be on linking the large-scale atmospheric circulation and
variability to remotely-sensed, *in-situ *measured and modelled terrestrial
carbon flux and storage changes. Within this scope, the exact focus of the
research is flexible*, providing a unique opportunity for the candidate to
develop his/her own original ideas.* There will also be the opportunity to
engage in teaching/supervising duties.


The successful candidate will work within a dynamic research group studying
multiple aspects of climate variability and extremes, and will enjoy
regular contacts with colleagues in the Swedish University of Agricultural
Sciences and Stockholm University.
