A post-doctoral position is available to start in August 2018 at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry at University of Toronto. The postdoctoral fellow will lead a study to investigate exposure to house dust pollutants in post-wildfire urban areas. Duties include but are not limited to: collection and chemical analysis of environmental samples, evaluating toxicological response, supervising graduate students and communicating findings to local communities.

A Ph.D. degree in chemistry, environmental sciences, toxicology or a related field within the last 5 years, and strong oral and written communication skills are required. Experience with ICP/MS analysis is highly desired. Interested candidates should send a CV along with 2 first author publications to Prof. Arthur Chan (arthurwh.chan at utoronto.ca). Evaluation of candidates will commence on June 17th.
