[ES_JOBS_NET] Fellowships available in "HPC Training and Research for Earth Sciences" (HPC-TRES) program

The "HPC Training and Research for Earth Sciences" (HPC-TRES) is a national
program focussed on High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications for Earth
Sciences, promoted by OGS (National Institute of Oceanography and Applied
Geophysics) and CINECA (the largest Italian computing centre).
The 7th Call for applications sponsors 3 fellowships in the topic of
High-Performance
Computing (HPC) and High-Performance Data Analysis (HPDA) for Earth System, on
the following subjects:

- “Multi-component operational modeling systems for Regional Environmental
Protection” (PI: Dario Giaiotti, ARPA-FVG, email: dario.giaiotti at arpa.fvg.it -
line A6 of the HPC-TRES scientific plan)
- “New algorithmic approaches for ocean models at exascale” (PI: Giovanni
Aloisio, Univ. Salento & Fondazione CMCC, email: giovanni.aloisio at unisal

- “Large-scale data analysis for climate data” (PI: Giovanni Aloisio, Univ.
