Dear all,

I wish a happy new year, and apologize to those who already received this
email a few weeks ago.

I am still looking for a master student interested in 3D radiative transfer
modeling of heterogeneous forests, for applications in remote sensing of
tropical biodiversity using multispectral data and imaging spectroscopy.

We are looking for students interested in physics, remote sensing and
ecology, with good programming skills.

the PhD should start by the end of 2017, and we would like the student to
start with an internship with us in order to et familiar with the models,
data and tools to be used during the project.

This PhD is funded for 3 years, and the internship is supposed to start
before April, for 6 months. if you have students interested in such
project, please tell them to contact me as soon as they can.
