The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of 
Montana - Missoula invites applications for a tenure-track faculty 
position in Environmental Chemistry at the Assistant Professor level to 
begin August 2016. We welcome applications from scientists with 
expertise in any area of environmental chemistry. Postdoctoral 
experience is required. The successful candidate will be expected to 
teach general, analytical or environmental chemistry courses at the 
undergraduate and graduate level. We are a small Ph.D. granting 
department with 15 tenure-line faculty and ~25 graduate students with a 
strong extramural research program. Excellence in research and 
undergraduate and graduate education are expected. See

UM, the College of Humanities and Sciences, and the Department embrace
