The Consortium for Ocean Leadership is pleased to announce the search for a
Project Administration Manager, Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative (GoMRI).
This is a regular, full-time, exempt position. The Project Administration
Manager manages Ocean Leadership-coordinated research programs and related
activities in support of the Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative (GoMRI) and
the Ocean Leadership mission.  Specifically, this individual leads grant
management administration for GoMRI including serving as a liaison to the
Finance and Administration department regarding GoMRI awards, tracking
Ocean Leadership GoMRI grants and subawards, and supporting the GoMRI
awardees.The GoMRI is a BP-supported independent research program involving
$500M over ten years to study the effect of the Deepwater Horizon incident
and the potential associated impact of this and similar incidents on the
environment and public health, as well as to develop improved spill
mitigation, oil detection, characterization, and remediation technologies.
