The Dept. of Biology at University of Louisiana at Lafayette is advertising
for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in *Coastal or Marine
Biology* and *Integrative Genomics*. See the descriptions below (and
attached), and please circulate broadly.

*Coastal or Marine Biology:*
The area of research specialty is open; however, we are especially
interested in candidates with expertise in invertebrate zoology/ecology or
climate change biology.

Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. in a relevant field and postdoctoral
experience. Successful applicants will be expected to establish a vigorous,
externally-funded research program, provide instruction to undergraduates
and participate in our Ph.D. program in Environmental and Evolutionary
Biology. Cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement of research interests,
statement of teaching interests, and a list of three references (including
postal and email addresses) should be emailed as a single pdf attachment
to: coastalbiology.search at louisiana.edu. Please include “Coastal Biology
Search” in the subject line. To ensure full consideration, applications
should be received by October 9, 2015.

*Integrative Genomics:*
We are searching for an outstanding scientist who utilizes genomics,
bioinformatics, or molecular biology to address important questions in
evolution, behavior, physiology, or environmental biology.

Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. in a relevant field, a significant
publication record, and postdoctoral experience. Successful applicants will
be expected to establish a vigorous, externally-funded research program,
provide instruction to undergraduates and graduate students and participate
in our Ph.D. program in Environmental and Evolutionary Biology. Cover
