*2014-15 Great Lakes Commission-Sea Grant Fellowship*

Applications are being accepted through Feb. 28, 2014, for the 2014-15
Great Lakes Commission-Sea Grant
Fellowship<http://www.glc.org/about/scholarships/fellow.html>,
a one-year position based at the GLC office in Ann Arbor, Mich. The Sea
Grant Fellow works with members of the Great Lakes' science, policy and
information/education communities to advance the environmental quality and
sustainable economic development goals of the Great Lakes states. This will
be the 15th year this fellowship has been sponsored by the Great Lakes
Commission, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA)
National Sea Grant College Program and the Great Lakes Sea Grant Network.

Dates of the official fellowship are June 2, 2014, until May 30, 2015;
however, these dates are flexible to accommodate academic semester or
recipient needs. Eligible applicants include students in a graduate or
professional degree program in law, public policy, public health, natural
resources, aquatic sciences or other related field at an accredited
institution of higher education in the United States. Interested students
can submit applications to one of the state Sea Grant program directors who
then screen the applications for forwarding to the Great Lakes Commission.
