anyone who is using their full email address to log into<br>
the NCAR wiki pages - your access may not work until<br>
the system guys fix a problem:<br>
<blockquote>External user accounts cannot login to the wiki due to
unforseen changes in an upgrade that went live last night. The problem
is only with non-UCAS accounts where the username is expressed as the
full email address. UCAS users are not affected. We expect to have a
fix in place early this afternoon.<br>
