hello dart-users,

NCAR powers down their computer room twice a year for routine
maintenance.  this year's fall powerdown is scheduled for saturday,
11 october 2014.   for dart users this means the ncar web services
and subversion servers will be down for much of the day.

please plan on not having access to any of the dart web pages,
the dart wiki, and the dart subversion code repository next saturday.
