[Dart-users] two outages coming up

hi dart-users,

there are two outages coming up that may be of interest
to dart users.

1) the NCAR Mesa lab will have its semi-annual powerdown
on saturday, 5 april.  this year they will be doing electrical
work in the machine room and warn us that services will be
completely down for the entire day.  for dart users this
includes the DART subversion server, the wiki, and email
for the dart group.

2) the yellowstone supercomputer in wyoming will be down
the following week for software and firmware upgrades.
while they are hoping to have the system back sooner,
the current schedule says the machine will go down on
mon 7 april and possibly not be back until sun 13 april.

since this is one of the major testing and development
platforms for the dart group, dart support may be
impacted until we have access to the system again.
