[Dart-users] recent subversion updates to DART code

hello dart users,

recent subversion commits you might be interested in:

- i just committed a minor update to the latest wrf model_mod
that should give you better error messages if you don't have the
right wrf arrays in your state vector for the observations you're
trying to assimilate.  (i have not updated the advance script;
thanks to everyone who has already forwarded me comments.)

- tim has recently updated the example matlab scripts which read
obs_seq netcdf format files and make plots.

- last month tim added a QuikSCAT native reader which processes
the hdf Level 2B files and outputs dart obs_seq files directly.  look
for it in $DART/observations/quikscat.  there's a quickbuild.csh
script in the work directory, documentation, and an example data file.

- i committed an updated AM2 model_mod from the developers.

- i committed scripts which convert a month of ncep obs at a time,
which works well on multi-processor nodes like bluefire.  i also
committed the fix that keeps it from blowing up on observations
exactly at the poles.
