[Dart-dev] email when development branch is updated

dear dart-dev list,

we've changed the subversion repository configuration so that
updates to either the trunk or the development branch (located
at branches/development) will send out email notices to you.

the idea is that you might want to be aware as we commit new
things to the development branch.  we hope this is more helpful
than annoying.
